Add Facility as an approver scope
Approver routing offers Region only. Each facility has its own person or people acting as the approval levers, so Facility needs to be selectable alongside Region.
Everything in the priorities doc, split into the two tracks it actually lands in. Web covers CER, capture review and reporting in CapExpert; Mobile covers the Capture App. Wording and detail are the customer's — nothing has been added or dropped.

Both the financial notification and the CER notification were tested. Nothing showed in the logs and nothing was received by Legent — so the failure is upstream of delivery, not a spam problem.

The thumbnail is too small to judge a capture from. Enlarge it, show a larger preview on hover, and open full size on click.
When a photo of the whole piece of equipment was provided, that image should be first in the order rather than a nameplate or detail crop.
Add a B to any asset ID greater than 10,000 and a B0 to any below 10,000. Data fix against the SEARHC group only.

Bugs · iOS
Focus is unreliable on iOS during capture.
The warning fires on shots that are usable, pushing the user into an unnecessary retake. Retune the threshold against real capture conditions.
After taking a screenshot and returning to shoot again, the camera had dropped into the battery-save resting state. Confirm what timer and attributes trigger it, and whether a brief app switch should count.
Bugs
Choosing Consumables from the Home mode picker opens the camera at the last location. It should only flip the mode and leave the user to navigate.
Assets with issues appear in the consumable audit list. The list should be filtered by the active mode.
No records appear even once the sync has completed, and toggling "Inventoried by me" makes no difference.
Bugs · Data model
The green confirmation popup misses the GUID/GTIN on roughly three attempts in ten, then picks it up on a retry of the same label.
A single loose item is recorded as though it were a box; tapping the count on the left flips it back to EA. And six boxes of one SKU can't be entered at all — a 6 reads as 6 EA. The count needs a unit of measure travelling with it.
New build
From a completed room — say 10 SKUs and a 50 EA count — the auditor needs to find one SKU quickly in the previously-taken records and tap into it. That opens the recorded EA count for the SKU, a blank field for the number they actually counted, and their name or initials as sign-off that the audit was performed.
Populate MFR, REF # and name so the auditor can confirm they're counting the right SKU.
A checkmark when the counted number matches, a yellow warning when it doesn't.
In-app analytics aggregating the audit results from SKU level up through room and department.
When enough was missed that a whole area has to be recounted, a supervisor needs a way to wipe that department's or room's data — soft delete, not destructive.
The reporting end of the audit feature — the downstream impact called out in the doc, and the input to W12 on the web side.

Rooms read "Assets: 0 | Cons: 3" whichever mode you're in. In Asset mode show the asset count alone; in Consumable mode show Unique SKU: # and EA Count: #.
